Raw Material Inspection: All materials are verified with certificates and chemical analysis reports at the procurement stage.
First Article Inspection (FAI): The first part is measured before mass production and submitted for customer approval.
In-Process Control: Every batch is regularly measured and recorded by operators.
CMM Measurement Laboratory: Micron-level control is provided with 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
Final Inspection and Reporting: Products are tested for full compliance with technical drawings before shipment. Measurement reports and quality certificates are delivered upon request.
