Which materials can you process with machining?

At Birim Machining, we offer a wide range of machining services with our high-precision CNC machining capability.
Our production facility consists of CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, milling, grinding, and drilling machines. This allows us to process even parts with complex geometries with micron-level tolerances.

Turning: For shafts, nuts, fasteners, and gear elements.
Milling: For molds, housings, flanges, and surface treatments.
Drilling & Reaming: For precision holes, slots, and cavities.
Grinding: For parts requiring high surface quality.
CNC Multi-Axis Machining: Complex part production on 3, 4, and 5-axis machines.

The materials we can process include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics, and composites.
Production is carried out in 100% compliance with customer technical drawings and quality requirements.

What are your average production and delivery times?

Production time varies depending on the technical details, quantity, and material type of the part; however:

For prototype productions, average 5–10 business days,
For mass production, we offer delivery times ranging between 2–4 weeks.

All orders are planned and tracked digitally via our ERP system.
This ensures production and delivery dates are clearly determined, and real-time production status updates are provided to our customers throughout the process.

We also offer expedited production options with special planning and shift applications for urgent production requests.

How is quality guaranteed in Machining Services?

Quality is the foundation of the Birim Machining production culture.
Every stage is audited within the framework of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Quality assurance during the production process is ensured through the following steps:

Raw Material Inspection: All materials are verified with certificates and chemical analysis reports at the procurement stage.
First Article Inspection (FAI): The first part is measured before mass production and submitted for customer approval.
In-Process Control: Every batch is regularly measured and recorded by operators.
CMM Measurement Laboratory: Micron-level control is provided with 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
Final Inspection and Reporting: Products are tested for full compliance with technical drawings before shipment. Measurement reports and quality certificates are delivered upon request.
