What is Sheet Metal Cutting?

Sheet metal cutting is the process of cutting metal sheets to project-specific dimensions. Accurate cutting is the first and most critical step of production; it directly determines the precision of subsequent operations. Birim Machining works with equipment capable of processing sheets up to 2.5 meters in width and 12 meters in length in a single pass.

Sheet Cutting Methods Used

1. Laser CuttingIdeal for jobs requiring the highest
precision. A focused laser beam vaporizes the material, ensuring
millimeter-level accuracy.Technical Capacity: 3 m × 12 m

5. Sheet Metal Bending Service (Press Brake)The step
following cutting is bending. It ensures the part achieves the desired

  • Up to 15 mm thickness
