A hydraulic manifold is a control unit that manages the direction, flow rate, and pressure of the pressurized fluid in the system. Valves, regulators, flow diverters, and filters are consolidated into a single body. Key functions:

Hydraulic Manifold Production Process

1. Design and Technical PlanningEach project is customized according to the hydraulic circuit diagram. Internal channels, valve cavities, and connection ports are optimized via CAD/CAM supported 3D modeling. Objectives:

2. Horizontal Machining (CNC Machining)The most precise step of hydraulic manifold production. Capacity:

3. Channel Drilling and Connection OperationsFlow paths are calculated based on flow efficiency. Every bore and intersection undergoes leakage and pressure resistance tests. Tests Applied:

4. Assembly ServicesOnce manufacturing is complete, the entire system is assembled. Scope:

5. Surface Treatment and Quality ControlEvery component operating under high pressure is tested for surface quality. Operations:
