What is a Cylinder?
Cylinder Manufacturing Process Summary
- Material selection and pre-processing: 42CrMo4, 34CrNiMo6, C45/S355, AISI 304/316. Entry into production following chemical analysis and hardness tests.
- Deep hole drilling: Axis accuracy and smooth internal surface.
- Honing: Ra 0.2–0.4 µm internal surface roughness.
- Assembly: Piston, rod, seals, connection elements.
- Testing: Pressure, leakage, surface, and axis inspection.
- Painting and packaging.
